Giridhar Gadhiraju, CEO
As CEO of Venusgeo, Giri drives strategic positioning and serves as the corporate visionary. He leads strategic business and marketing vision for Venusgeo and directs overall business, operations and partner development.
Giri founded Venusgeo after working in various technical and leadership positions at Wipro, Corel, JetForm, Espial and Kinaxis. His diverse experience includes software applications development as well as thin-client technologies. Giri holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from S V University and a Master of Computer Applications degree from Madras University.
Murali Rachapoodi, Chief Architect
Murali, Co-Founder of Venusgeo, is a Postgraduate in Business Administration and Graduate in Computer Science and Engineering and has been with the IT industry for over 20 years designing and developing a variety of software products and managing operations in IT organizations. He worked extensively building solutions and managing operations for various industry verticals including Healthcare, Engineering, and Insurance etc.
Murali has consistently won the commendations of many prestigious customers in Japan and USA. He is currently responsible for steering the entire operations of Venusgeo and defining strategies for bringing in rapid growth to the organization.
Sudhir Kumar Machetti, Chief Technology Officer
In his role as CTO, Sudhir sets the corporate technology direction and guides industry standards compliance. He influences the direction of select standards bodies by participating in many key industry standards groups.
Sudhir has been a leader in the research and development of all core applications, projects and development tools at Venusgeo. In his professional career, he has held positions at CIL and SEEC. Sudhir holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from REC, Warangal.
Pramod Kumar Buravalli, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Pramod Kumar oversees Venusgeo’s Sales and the growth of strategic businesses outside of India. He brings in a wealth of experience to Venusgeo, including numerous success stories at TechRP Inc. where he set up that company’s first offshore development center in India in 2005. At TechRP Inc, he held the dual positions of CIO and Managing Director-India for over 3 years. While at TechRP, he orchestrated the creation of an outsourced services division and designed the core practice areas which transformed the company from a mere US based staffing company to a $25M global conglomerate with several projects implemented worldwide.
Prior to TechRP Inc, he worked at Softpath Systems where he established and built the Data Warehousing Initiative through strategic product partnerships with Informatica and Cognos.Pramod Kumar has a Masters Degree in Management of Technology from University of Texas, San Antonio. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and daughter.
David Kingman, Chief Business Officer
David Kingman serves as Chief Business Officer for Venusgeo. He has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry and began his career in the Technology sector in the Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Venusgeo, David held business development positions with several companies in the US including at Hallmark Technologies and SILL Infotech amongst others. He was also actively involved in building alliances and partnerships with several product companies such as Informatica, Oracle, Infor, Mercury and Microsoft. David holds a Bachelors degree in Management from University of California.
